My wife Tiziana and I decided to give up our respective professions to realise our dream: to offer the tourists of Riva del Garda a unique experience by furnishing four flats down to the smallest detail. -
Where we are
Our flats are located in the heart of Riva del Garda, near the characteristic Piazza delle Erbe and Piazza Garibaldi, close to supermarkets, pharmacies, tobacconists, restaurants, pizzerias, shops and banks. -
Riva del Garda
It is a municipality with almost 18,000 inhabitants in the autonomous province of Trento, which belongs to the community of Alto Garda and Ledro. It is an international tourist and climatic centre overlooking Lake Garda. -
What to do?
We are the realm of cyclists with all the cycle paths and mountain bike trails, above all the Ponale; every year the Bike Festival takes place here with more than 150 exhibitors and 70,000 visitors. Sailing with the various events of the Fraglia di Riva, windsurfing, which finds its undisputed realm in Torbole, and not forgetting Arco, where climbing reigns supreme with the highlight of the event, the Rock Master. After all this sport and exertion, there is nothing better than cooling off with a dip in the lake, and for those who still have energy left, there is the diving centre in Porto San Nicolò, where there is the Cristo Silente.

A friend and I found this unit as a last minute add on to our Dolomites vacation. Very happy we did, because the facilities were awesome, the location was perfect, and the host Alessandro was wonderful. Situated in the downtown area of Riva del Garda, you’re right in the middle of the city. Because of the auto restrictions on driving into the city, Alessandro provided very clear instructions on how to get to the unit and where to park, actually riding along with us to the parking location. As we walked back to the unit, Alessandro gave us a very comprehensive overview of the city and activities in the area. He also set us up with a local bike rental shop, saving us the time of searching for a company to scratch our e bike itch! Alessandro was a wonderful host – already planning a future adventure in the Riva del Garda area, which will definitely include a stay at RivApartmentsDowntowN – Urban.

We enjoyed a really great stay and felt like home. The apartment has all the amenities and is very clean and comfortable. The location is also excellent. Alessandro is an amazing host, very friendly and welcoming. He provided us a comprehensive list of restaurants, cafes and activities and all his suggestions were on point.
